We are passionate about creating beautiful and functional gardens for our clients, exceeding their expectations with outstanding customer satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail.

 

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Landscape Lead to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in crafting stunning, functional gardens for our clients, ensuring their vision becomes a reality. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, delegating tasks, providing on-site coaching, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure and healthy work environment for all. Conduct regular site inspections, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide clear project updates, and exceed their expectations.Adapt to changing project requirements with a positive and solution-oriented approach. Assist with material procurement and logistics to ensure smooth project execution. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsibly.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hard and soft landscaping (proof required).

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and delegate tasks effectively.

​

• Must be over 25 years old due to vehicle insurance requirements.

​

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

​

• Strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.

​

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

​

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

​

• Experience with porcelain paving is a plus.

​

• A full UK driving licence is required.

​

• 3 professional references are required.

 

Wage:

Between £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and skills.
